The CUBE 4' lights up in blue - and the cup on the display also flashes.
This can happen for a number of reasons:
Often there is simply not enough water in the water tank. The solution: Add more water, then press the cup icon again to continue.
It can also happen if the coffee powder is too fine. In this case, adjust the grinder to a coarser setting.
If the coffee powder is blocking the outlet, you can rinse the Click Cup and clean the system.
If none of this helps, descale the system.
The CUBE 4' lights up in green.
The CUBE 4' lights up in yellow.
The CUBE 4' lights up in pink.
The CUBE 4' lights up red and the status LEDs also light up.
This is a system fault. Disconnect your CUBE 4' from the mains, wait a few seconds and then reconnect. If the error occurs again, contact our NIVONA service hotline directly.
